Was scheduled for 10:40 and sat there not knowing what was going on until nearly 10 after. Spent the next 20 minutes at the doctor tried to figure out how to put in my insurance. Spoiler alert, she never figured it out once 11:30 hit. I only had an hour break, so I had to get back to work at that time. I asked for my insurance card back. She started to cop a little bit of an attitude since had to go back to work. Generally awful experience and it won't be back.

My brother was seen by Abbie Aladdin NP at this clinic. He told her that he has a history of hives with Augmentin and this incompetent provider prescribed Penicillin. The pharmacist at this location said “there’s a 90% chance you’ll be okay.” If you ask any educated healthcare professional, as I asked a medical doctor, one would never prescribe Penicillin to someone who reported hives with Augmentin. Abbie Aladdin needs to have her prescriptive authority revoked. Don’t go there

I went there to get COVID test this morning. Everything was smoothly progressed. Nurse Alex (if I remember correctly) was really nice person and she was very helpful. I thank her.
