The NP changed the nature of my appointment without my permission and proceeded to bill my insurance also without my permission. He didn’t even tell me that he switched it from a preventative visit that would have cost less and probably been free through insurance to a dietary consult that he billed $177 to my insurance. Finally I had expressly asked when I made my appointment online to update my insurance details in person, but when I pulled out my card he said he had already billed my insurance that was on file. I have been here 2 x both times it was fast easy convince, great service I was given the opportunity to ask questions .
WORST EXPERIENCE with a healthcare provider in my entire life!! Christine Renfro was my NP and was derogatory and profiled me. She talked down to me like I didn't matter and didn't care to listen to me. She didn't give me the correct care I needed because she didn't want to talk with me about what I had gone through. Christine Renfro is a horrible NP and I wouldn't trust her opinion. If you don't want to be belittled and not cared for properly go somewhere else.
