Booked an appointment for 9:10 am on Saturday. Got there at 8:50, they open at 9. At 9:25 I still hadn't seen a single person and the exam rooms still had "closed" signs on them. Apparently no one decided to show up to work, or no one was scheduled. Wasted my time, and I had to find somewhere else to go.
I booked my appointment online same day and this process is very efficient and easy for me. You have to check-in about 20 mins before the visit on your phone or on the Kiosk at the clinic. This was a same day booking so I don't have to wait for the PCP schedule to open up. The nurse practitioners are very helpful. I have visited several times from Covid validation results, annual exam, ear infection, and skin irritation issues. They are very respectful and will listen to your needs. Just go to medstar on 97/108. I gave these incompetent people my insurance online, again at check-in after they made me wait an hour past my appointment, again to the staff when seen. I saw the reviews here about them still not submitting the insurance and called, waited 3 hours and they noted all 3 submissions of my insurance card weren't recorded... 5 days later after that -A FULL BILL- sent, and the doctor sent my pharmacy to the Safeway halfway across the county instead of on the literal same road this clinic sits on.
