Loved wax removal highly professional
Appointment was cancelled, no text, just showed up and no one was here. I was 10 minutes early and I couldn't check-in. Called the hotline and they said that my appointment was cancelled, no reason. Pulled my son out of school for a sports physical, and didn't get it. I've used the one on Mccarran with no problems.
Blatant classism. In tears at the way they treated myself and my child (Medicaid Recipient). When I reluctantly agreed to pay cash after being shamed about my completely valid Medicaid card I was told that his appointment was over and he couldn’t be seen.
I had to get a screening for TB. Both appointment times they were over 30 minutes late coming out to get me. Ridiculous if you have work or somewhere to be.
Didn’t ask for my info, just told me what little help she’d be and sent me off.
