Prescription was not received by HEB after multiple attempts. I drove back to the Minute Clinic and then hand delivered the prescription to the pharmacy. However, the doctor failed to write instructions and the pharmacy has been unable to release the prescription 24 hours later. Still waiting to hear back from the doctor. Will not be returning.
Don’t go here. They told me my insurance would be covered here and by my mistake I did not call my Insurance to confirm because it turns out they are out of network according to my insurance. They will not send me an itemized bill and are telling me to go through insurance. They charged me $460.22 for a simple ear cleaning service. The provider did not prescribe anything just used water irrigation.
