I called and was told as long as I was there by 7pm that my son could get seen for a sports physical. When I got there the Dr. or whatever he was would not see my son and stated 7-7:30 was when he does his lab work. I begged him to please see my son since he needed this physical before he went to school the next day in order to participate in practice and that I just found out last minute when I got off at 5. Got there just before 7pm, they close at 7:30. He was super Aggravated and said we close at 7pm. I said no the sign says 7:30. He said we do labs till 7:30. Then they should close at 7pm not 7:30 if they really close at 7pm. He was extremely rude about it.
Very quick, convenient, and needed care without the long waits and hassle of an urgent care. I appreciated the expediency of the Nurse Practitioner and the pharmacy for my meds. They were nice, answered all questions and helped me feel better quicker.
Went in earlier today, and the woman who was tending to the health hub minute clinic seemed to not really know where anything was. I called CVS corporate as she basically told me she could not help me and did not offer to reschedule or any solution whatsoever. I Was on the phone with CVS corporate for 30 minutes with a woman named Aimee who seemed to be giving me the runaround in filing my complaint. Keep in mind at no point Was I being ridiculous.
