My practioner was great and covered all details
I went here for a flu shot last year. Recieved a bill 8 months later wanting $75. Apparently they are NOT PART OF CVS! So that means that thry also dont take most major insurance. I have cvs caremark through BCBS, but nope, they dont take it. So please be careful before visiting as this is NOT really CVS and your insurance may be considered out of network.
