Scheduled a TB test and when I arrived only then was I told that if I got it they wouldn't read it because they were closed on Wednesday and Thursday and I would have to go somewhere else because they wouldn't read it. No warning whatsoever on their website. Nothing. Waste of my time.
As a healthcare provider myself, I was disappointed with this clinic. I was denied my service even though I checked in on time. I even got a confirmation of my check in. I was waiting by the computer desk looking for some assistance or guidance but no one to be found. The NP came out and decided to tell me that the appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule (this was 8 minutes after the appointment)so there was no grace period either.
