Beware of this place!! We had an appointment for a COVID vaccine for my 2 year old daughter. We arrived 10 minutes before and checked in. You can only check in with your phone or kiosk, there’s no person to talk to. After waiting for about an hour, my daughter was having a tough time so we went to the car to get a snack. Its a clinic… dont expect it to be like a personal doctor visit or urgent care. But it is bad for what it is. Seems like everyone there is just wingin it. One of the NP’s there have an accent and its so thick it was just so bad lol never going there again but for last minute doctor visit i guess i can put up with it as a last resort.
I received great service here. Booking, check-in, the appointment and picking up the prescription were all very smooth processes. The practitioner was knowledgable, and took the time to explain everything, and both she and the pharmacy staff were very friendly.
This is a terrible place. Don’t recommend it at all to anyone. The lady kicked me out of the room because she was going for lunch since she believed that my insurance wasn’t accepted even though it was.
