The practitioner there was great. She makes you feel cared for and explains everything thoroughly. There was a wait but there is only one person doing everything so sometimes she is behind depending on what kind of appointments come in. I saw Renee Golding Coote, NP and she was really great. You don't feel like just a number, she gives you her attention and treats you with much care. Just be patient, she is doing her best to get to everyone while keeping patient safety as top priority.
Making an appointment is pointless. There are two exam rooms with only one physician. I made appointments and still waited an hour and a half to go in. Don’t consider this a walk in clinic either. There is no front desk worker. One physician who is always in the exam room with someone else. You’re better off going to an urgent care.
Me and my wife gave them our insurance card and it was accepted before we got our travel vaccination, And after few weeks we started getting bills for $629.80 each ,we called them many times and I was told by there representatives yesterday not to worry we submitted your bills to your insurance , today I received a collection letter from there agent tsi I don’t know what is going on and who else to call ,that’s why I strongly don’t recommend there services .
I walked in to CVS, SOmers clinic, and was extremely satisfied with my care. Professional, medical expertise w my concerns. Relieved that the outcome eas good.
It was very convenient to get a sport physical for my son here. My son is special needs (ASD), and we needed a physical so he could participate in Unified Bowling at his school. There were plenty of convenient times to book, and the professionals at the site were knowledgeable and dealt with my son appropriately.
