Feeling sick the last month got an appointment the next day .Got a 830 am appointment she saw me right away whitney Lee was so helpful and professional really showed she cared.. definitely going back

The first experience I had went great, I checked in and was seen very quickly. However during my second experience I checked in and waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment for something that was not going to last longer than 10 minutes. I made sure to come early as instructed and was still met with an hour and fifteen minute wait...
2ND time made a Covid Testing appointment. The girl at the pharmacy stated they canceled again. With all the info that is requested to make this appt, you would think someone would have the courtesy to call and let you know or email. I understand that everyone is overworked and understaffed. What I don't understand was the O Well attitude. Everyone's time is valuable .
Is it me?! Or are they basically approving flu and ...maybe....covid vaccines? So much for me being able to return to work.
