I got an RSV vaccine. It was quick and painless and the nurse practiioner was friendly and smart.
AVOID if you actually want care. Went here a few days ago and the nurse was unhelpful. Didn't want to perform the tests I asked for. Had to ask multiple times for testing. Still haven't received the results for these tests. Basically, told me that I have a virus and that there is nothing they can do. Recommended some over-the-counter stuff and honestly it has made me feel worse. I am now going to a different doctor so that I can hopefully get an antibiotic. Went for appt that was scheduled to find closed. Unable to get ahold of representative on the number given for contact.
Jumped on the waitlist at 2:12pm because there weren't any available appointments for the rest of the day. Then I received a text at 3:37pm saying there was an opening at 4:50pm. So I confirmed and headed that way. The doc was right on time, super friendly, and thought I had bronchitis. I was happy to not have to go to a different place for meds and not have to pay Urgent Care prices. However, I ended up going to Urgent Care 4 days later because I was still quite sick. Do not make an appointment here if you can avoid it. I should’ve read the last review; no one that checked in actually got into a room. I waited 35mins after scheduled time before just getting up and leaving.
