The patient service was excellent and can't say enough good things about the nurse practitioner. The sign in, however, was a nightmare. My husband does not use the computer and there was no other way to sign in than using the computer at the kiosk. No one was there to help him. He could not sign in. We had to catch the Nurse Practitioner between patients to tell her we couldn't even register. I tried to help, but it wouldn't take our insurance information. I felt so sick and it was the weekend-- I tried to see the practitioner on Saturday, but had to wait until Sunday. But she knew what was wrong and prescribed medication. I am waiting for it to work.
