THIS PLACE HAS CLOSED. There are competing signs in the window: one says that Minute Clinic is located within the CVS (no address given); the other one says that the location has moved to 5425 LANARK ROAD, which is the Pediatric Specialty building. The correct address is 5445 LANARK ROAD. After all that nonsense today, the wait time was 1.5 hours. >:/ Nope, I'll do a telehealth visit from home.
STAY AWAY from here... unless you want to not be properly/fully diagnosed or get full treatment you need for your sickness. Will never go back and will forever advise others to stay away from here.
I had a brief discussion with nurse practitioner Suzanne Spencer in Coopersburg. She was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. In the near future I will be using her as my nurse practitioner.
My appointment was 2:20pm. I was asked to appear 15 minutes earlier. I did. My name has been on the screen for a while. It’s 2:58pm now. I am still waiting outside with another gentleman. Normally I don't wait this long at Dr’s office. Math? 0 star is more accurate. If you want to save time, this is not a good choice. In fact, it’s terrible. I went to the website and made an appointment for a covid 19 test because I was feeling terrible with a horrible sore throat and very bad cough ... gave me an appointment for the next day ...then get a text your appointment has cancelled due to the minute clinic being temperarly closed... Not true because I called that day and asked if they were closed and some one said they were open.. next day I went to a medical walk in took great care of me found out I had a terrible case of strep throat.,.
