This CVS has a horrible minute clinic / broom closet doctor. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Never go here if you want real care.
Came in made an appointment immediately. Next in line according to screen. 45 minutes later still waiting. Finally I am next. Then told I’m not next. Took someone ahead of me. Anyway I was told by an employee that the pharmacy can give flu vaccines. Another 20 minutes. Finally my turn. Out of shingles vaccine! I’m so upset
My experience at this minute clinic was great! It was only a 30 minute wait, she was very nice and helpful. I was able to get my medicine right at that pharmacy!
12/30/19 My sick husband inputted his information into the kiosk incorrectly. After waiting 30 minutes the doctor called his name (as he was obviously next) and told him he needed to input his info correctly and then she proceeded to take the next three patients. She couldn’t take him in and correct the error? Horrible service. I’m contacting someone to make a formal complaint.
