Arrived at the minute clinic at 7:20, not realizing they stop seeing patients around 6:50 (per the provider). I asked if they had any availability before closing. The provider, Dr. Smelt was very rude and informed me they stop seeing patients at 6:50 and I needed to go to the ER if my daughter needed to be seen. Horrible. I had an appointment at 12:30, got here on time & have currently been sitting for over an hour. After getting my two year old & two week old up early because I have nobody to watch them & dragging them an hour out to come. I had an appointment at 1:10 too. But apparently they’re skipping over BOTH of them so they can take a lunch. Not my fault that you can’t get what you need done in time to keep your appointments. So why am I being punished? The NP was extremely rude. Tried to make us wear masks. We told her we already tested him for COVID & she said well others could have it. We got here at 9am & the computer wasn't booted up, we had to go to the pharmacy for them to find her. Then wait for her to boot up the computer. In the hour we were there she saw one person.
UPDATE! I WAS CONTACTED THE FOLLOWING DAY CONCERNING MY ISSUE. THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT WAS A POSITIVE MOVE TO EARN MY TRUST AGAIN. Terrible!! Just terrible. I dare anyone to call the 866 phone number!! You wont get anyone, it is designed so you will not speak to a person!!!! Just a recorded loop of useless information!!!! Cant even get a representative!!!! Terrible!!!!!
