I have to share some background in order to leave a review. I was in a car accident and was T-boned 5 years ago. Since then I have gone through 6 weeks of physical therapy several times, 4 years of cortisone shots, 4 on each side of my neck every 6 months, chiropractic treatment, massage therapies, acupuncture, used traction devices at home, foam rollers, done yoga all in the hopes of neck and upper back relief.
