I have a mixed review here. Had them do exhaust work and a timing chain on mustang 1 and was a great experience. Have had them install mufflers on just about every vehicle i own fast and a good price. Had them do a laundry list of things to a dodge neon srt4. And was excellent service. But this time, with mustang 2, i booked in a week in advance, to have cats removed, and alignment and diag an abs light. They have had the car for over a week and it is still not complete and they cant tell me hardly anything over the phone. N... read more
It took longer to drive to Minute Muffler than it did for them to fix my truck. Keelan was the mechanic, and he took the time to bring me into the shop, show me exactly what was wrong, and explain my options. He even put together two quotes, one for the repair I originally wanted and another for a simpler, better solution that was about $400 cheaper. Minute muffler in Fort Saskatchewan is the place to go! They fixed my exhaust pipe on my 2004 older car this week and the service was excellent! The price was fair and reasonable and they understand the struggles for the majority of us people nowadays so we appreciate you and now we can drive our older car with no loud exhaust sounds and embarrassment! TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Did not retorque my lugnuts after I went to them. The lied to me. Over charged me for work. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!
