Had a great experience at this shop today. This is my second time at the shop. First time had an issue with the muffler and took us in right away and repaired it on the spot. Today I went in for a broken headlight. They explained costs, took out the headlight to check, quoted me replacement costs, then proceeded to fix it once everything was explained. Everyone at the shop was super friendly, honest, and transparent. Met the owner today and he was super kind! Rare to find honest mechanics these days. Highly recommend!
Ritson Auto did a great job fixing my brakes last year, so I asked them to take a look at my transmission (a dealer in Cobourg told me that I was having transmission problems) and they quickly diagnosed the real issue — a severe oil leak that was making it appear like a transmission problem. They provided a quick turnaround on the quote, explained what was actually going on, and saved me from chasing the wrong repair.
