I had a great experience at Minute Muffler Brake & Wheel! They provided excellent service during my mechanical inspection, and the staff were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They treated me with kindness and professionalism, took the time to help me, and made the whole experience pleasant. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. Thank you for the great experience!
The whole contact back in 2-3 hours has got old. I ended up going to underground to have my exhaust worked on. I got booked in, in less than 5 minutes for the next day (3pm). It has been 5 weeks since I started trying to bring my vehicle into minute, when they could have just scheduled something for the next opening didnt matter if it was in 6 weeks. Felt like they where just avoiding for some reason.
