Brought my Chevy in for a 1pm appointment for a safety and they said they would call me and confirmed my number, was waiting and waiting for a call but nothing on a Friday, rolled around to 5pm and I had still heard nothing, now at the point I can't call and need my car to drive. Makes no sense to not call your customer and explain why the safety couldn't be done same day.
Came in for an alignment, needed to be adjusted next day. Got in no problem, cant say enough good things about them
Great shop. Very reasonable and do great work!
