During my second visit for routine maintenance, I was charged a $54 labor fee for a cabin air filter change. The job took only 4–5 minutes to complete, and the filter itself was an additional cost. I found this to be an excessive charge for the time spent and will not be returning.
Couldn't recommend this shop more highly. Dylan is knowledgeable and professional, and more importantly he listens. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his business and his customers.
Friendly service, with reasonable prices. I appreciated them fitting me in for an appointment somewhat last minute. They communicated well and kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being serviced.
Waited 3 weeks for this appointment. The guy couldn't figure out how to do a simple flat exhaust Pipe Flange Gasket on a 1st gen Dodge ram. I wish Harvey still owned it. He would have done this with his eyes closed. To top it off he told he will look into it and give me a call. WELL, No call, no nothing from either one of the guys over a week later. So here I am with the same exhaust leak and will have to find another Muffler shop.
Was quoted 30 mins to get cats removed i ended up walking around melfort in +30 for 5 hours and costed me $700 for the job and he tells me i have 2 loose mamifold bolts still that he didnt get to funny thing is when i got the rest of my exhaust system new it was only $900 for that and labour guy seems nice and polite but i wont be bring any of my trucks back
