10 days it took to receive the key. That, alone, is unacceptable. Add to that, the key copy that I was sent was grossly miscut. It had zero semblance of my original key so obviously was completely useless to me. The worst of it all was the initial customer service experience. I was connected with a man whom I could not easily understand nor, I suspect, could he easily understand me. Only solution offered was a replacement. What??? 200s toyota key could not copy. It says you have 90% of the auto keys can be copied. Toyota just by itself seems like more then 10% of the market maybe change your information.
Some places can not make keys properly but minute keys are perfect and easy every time!!! Thank you
