I like the convenience of the key maker, I have used it several times before, but this time the keys did not work when I got home, but I am going to try again and get them remade.
Brought my new keys home, and when I tried them to make sure they worked, the key actually got stuck and broke off in the doorknob. Now I have to find a locksmith to come fix my knob and then buy more keys that will actually work. Very frustrating!! I sent an email using the "contact us" link on the website, and it has been 24 hours now with no response.
