24 hour emergency service line is a joke. I called them after locking my keys in the car with the car still running, they said to give the tech 15-20 minutes to reach out to me. I called them back after 35 minutes and let them I hadn’t heard anything and the woman said the tech was in transit, but she’d ask him to call me. After 3 hours I never heard anything and got help from a much better company. I called Minute Key again to cancel my order, they said it had already been cancelled.
