Unfortunately my key does not work properly. So Im giving this one stars. I will be going back to Lowes for a refund. Thank you. Ive never had this problem with the machine making a key that does not work, but today it happened.

Machine was out of the basic keys. I paid for the USA flag key. I drove 30 minutes back to my rental unit and the key didn't work. Unhappy.
8 keys and none worked
Easy and stress free transaction. Only thing I would change is all designs at all locations. Had to go to 2 different locations to find keys I needed
