Excellent kiosk and the keys just worked fine. Good value for the money we spent.
I needed some spare keys, because I keep locking myself out of my home by accident but was definitely a little skeptical of the kiosk. I went to the one at Walmart in Fair Lakes, not sure what to expect and got a deal for “buy 2 get 1 free” (the keys were $3 for 1 for plain keys and $4 for 1 for ones with designs), for a total 3 plain keys at $6 plus tax. I tried them when I got home and they work no problems! Took maybe 5 minutes total. So I’m very happy with the quality, speed, and price!
Kiosk said I would get a second brass key for free. When I tapped on the accept button it added a second, paid key to my cart. I removed the second key and the cart showed 1 paid and 1 free key. Only 1 key was made and dispensed. This felt like a deceptive attempt to get me to pay for a second key. And when the second key didn’t get made, it was very confusing.
I had a standard car key i needed duplicated and they told they couldn't help me. Worthless
