It's hard to find a key shop anymore these days. Everywhere I looked was a automated key making machine. What happened to the locksmiths of the old days?

Neither 3 of my keys worked and I reached out to let them know about it and still no one has responded. I let them know that I would like be refunded because it asked and like I said no reply and its been a week or so. I've used it once before with no problem, but this time it didn't work so I had to go somewhere else.
Very disappointed. I got three keys and none of them worked. I reached out to customer service and they responded asked me if I wanted a refund or a code for two new keys. I needed the keys so I asked for codes. Used the codes and those keys didn’t work either. I wrote back to the person that sent me codes and still haven’t heard back. I’m still waiting for my refund.
