Was told that I would receive a call from a technician shortly. 15 minutes later I received a phone call saying I was going to be transferred to a technician. It then rang and rang and rang and then disconnected after ringing for approx. 3 minutes. I called back only to speak with a lady who told me "there must not be a technician in your area call someone else" to which I responded with "I'm sorry, what?" and she repeated "there isn't a technician in your area, call a different company" and hung up.
