They are just terrible!!!!!!
Lazy! No one came. Waited an hour called three times. Kept getting told the tech was trying to call us but never received a phone call on either of the phone numbers we provided.
Called because my daughter locked her keys in her car, at 6 in the morning, they said that they would send a technician and to wait for his call. Forty five minutes later, still hadnt heard from the technician, called back and the phone rep says the technician claimed he called 5 times...which he did not, said he would make sure he was on his way and he would have him call immediately.
