The machine isn't there anymore
Very poor customer service. When I called he accused me of being someone else that had called earlier. He was very rude and would not listen when I kept telling him this was my first attempt to contact him. Needless to say I moved on to another keysmith.
If you buy 2 keys the 3rd one is free. It usually works for me except this last time I only recieved 2 and left a complaint but never heard back.
