Great way to have spare keys. Fast and easy and they always work perfectly.
I'm leaving a 3 star review because I got two separate keys copied for our door, the deadbolt and the door knob. When I got home the deadbolt keys worked but the door knob keys did not.. and those were the ones we really needed copies of. But I called their support team and they were able to issue a refund. Unfortunately we are still without a copy for the door knob and the refund will take 5-7 business days, but the customer service representative was kind and helpful so I think sometimes it works and sometimes it just does... read more
