Lady on the phone was so rude, told me they don't make keys and hung up. Called back she said there's no technician in the area. This place has 2 stars for a reason just don't come here.
This is the worst service I have ever used. I made two very simple keys, and neither one worked. I took them back to Lowes in Coral Springs Florida and they wouldn't refund my money, telling me to contact Minute Key. I have done so and am now waiting to see how long it will take to get a refund. STAY FAR AWAY FRIOM THESE KIOSKS!!!!!!!! P.S. If I could give zero stars I would.
I purchased 2 copies of the same Schlage house key, and the machine had a special sale of providing a 3rd copy for free. The key was cut precisely like the original, however, none of the copies worked. Upon closer inspection, the original key has an additional groove on the lower side which the copies do not have; maybe that's why they don't work. The reason I am still giving 4 stars is because the 1-800 Minute Key customer service was great, and they immediately refunded me for the keys over the phone - no questions asked! ... read more
Very user friendly, quick and easy. Only issue was the price. $5 for one key is high. Yes you don’t have to wait for someone to come to the key station and make the key so I guess your paying for convenience but usually you can get multiple keys for $5 and I needed two keys so I had to pay $10. That’s honestly the only issue. It’s pricy
I made 3 copies from same original key and it doesn't work I sent the claim by email with no success
