Easy to use and very accurate, wish it could do two sided keys!
The machine picked the wrong blank, key will not fit in the lock. Key is Kwikset, not sure what blank it picked but key was too thick and channel along the side too narrow. On the bright side the bitting was cut right, though a bit rough in spots.
Quick and easy. Probably paid a little more than asking a clerk to make a copy for me, but didn't have to wait for a clerk and process was simple. Good quality duplicate keys with convenient service.
The Minute Key machine to duplicate my key was easy to use and the price was fair. The key copy doesn't slide into the keyhole as well as the original (which is also new), but it isn't difficult to use and it works just as well as the master key when turning the lock. I would use Minute Key again. I am torn on liking or disliking the ability to digitally save my key, but I lean towards disliking. I bought 4 new designer Keys for our granddaughters, they picked their keys from choices and we got 2 free brass keys. All keys worked very good. All were happy with their new keys.
