Needed a house key, had it in under 2 mins. Excellent service
Key machine cut the key but it didn’t come out of the machine. Well now what? … there’s a key to my house stuck in there and who knows who will end up with it! Not cool. Had to find an employee at the store, who randomly pressed buttons until the machine Findlay coughed up the key.
While at Lowe's I couldn't find an associate so I opted for the Minute Key machine. I got the buy 2 keys get 1brass key free. I picked out two of the cartoon keys. I only received one key out of the machine because the other two got stuck on the platform inside of the machine. When I found an associate I was able to get 2keys made by them but neither of them were the ones I initially purchased. I'm giving 2stars because the one key I did recyfrom the machine was great . Fix the machines.
