I got ahold of them to get into my lock truck received a message back sating it would be 15 min after 3 hours they never had anyone come so I got ahold of bob's lock and key and he was out in less then 20..... I would never recommend minute key to anyone they are the worst joke I have had to ever deal with 3 calls and 3 hours later and I still did not receive any service what so ever from them that is very back customer service stay away from these guys if you have a choice. If I could give them a 0 I would
