Friendly customer service
Terrible customer service today and no support at all left me waiting for a long period of time at customer service before telling me it's closed because worker called out that's irresponsible and caused me to have to find a new walmart to get a simple 1 min service done , this lady was and Indian decent female and was very rude about me asking questions. Honestly very disappointed. I came for a simple return and was told my item scanned as “exchange” only. When I said I’ve never heard of that she said “apparently it is” the whole interaction was very poor in terms of customer experience. I believe she tried to clean things up when I said “oh apparently?!” Well they apparently changed policy according to them and everything needs a receipt to be refunded.
