I got a key made using the Minute Key machine at Lowes and it didn't match the key I put in at all. A complete waste of $8. I couldn't get a refund from Lowes because the machine isn't owned by them. I ended up having to buy a whole nother key from the more reliable machine that Lowes actually owns.
I am a Realtor and get copies of keys made to my listings at this Kiosk in Lowe's all the time! The copies always work perfectly! Never ever have had a problem. Highly recommend!
I set on the phone for 2 hours waiting for someone to pik up and when they picked up they where very rude to me
