When the kiosk works, it's fine, but after getting a false sense of security, I had several keys made at once and none of the keys worked - and they make the process for getting a refund VERY difficult. I'll stick with hand made from now on. Use at your own risk!
The locator first directed me to a machine that was out of service which was problematic as I was locked out of my home and without car keys so I had paid for a ride to a location where I was not able to print a key. I did find a working machine and the process of printing the key was easy and quick. I’m grateful this resource exists.
So easy, and convenient.
Made four keys here and for a regular lock and not one of them worked. Going to a REAL locksmith next…
