Did work waste of money
I never could find anyone at Walmart to help with keys, but I used to just use the machine myself and it worked great. This Minute Key thing is a joke. Something like 25 minutes to do 2 keys. One kept failing over and over, said it wasn't supported, so I did the other first. Figured I'd try the other again, and on a whim I figured I'd try holding the key in (putting pressure on it) and yep...worked fine. Sometimes automation is good, but when it makes the experience WORSE for a customer... not sure that makes any sense.
Made duplicate door keys that wouldn't even fit in keyhole (they were too wide). Requested refund but haven't heard back yet.
I'm reading comments that they had terrible service but it's a key vending machine. Another said they gave horrible service. It's a key vending machine just inside the Walmart front door on the right side. Another said he felt conned and that they didn't know what they were doing or how to solve the problem. Again, it's a key vending machine. Those negative comments make no sense. Who could possibly be making such comments??
