Used one of the Kiosks at Walmart. We've used them before and never had an issue. But this time, the keys did not copy well. I called customer service and they handled the situation quickly. They offered a voucher to get the keys re-done or a full refund. The lady was polite and quick.

Quick and easy
It will not copy keys with teeth on both sides.
It is very convenient but it does not always make good copies and very inconvenient to return or get a refund.
