Hello. The keys I cut using the kiosk work well. It is very convenient.
It gave me a blank key I was able to call and get a credit for the bad key and when I tried again it said it could not make the key. Ariel at customer support was awesome but I had to wait on hold standing at a kiosk for 10 minutes before anyone picked up. I have used for my house key with no issue so overall not bad but if it goes wron could be pretty inconvenient
I've used this machine twice to make keys for my home and am very happy with the convenience and the precision of the work. would recommend to all.
