My key broke and I didn't have a back up. Luckily I used the key hero app which works with minute key. I was able to print a new key from the previous scan I had made of it. All my keys are saved and I can share them if I'm not around and someone needs a copy. It's so easy
This is no better than the key shop in Lowes, they can only cut keys they sell.
Horrible attitude!!!! He waited 5 min and wanted to triple the price for waiting. Kept calling back to see if I wanted him to come back. I called a better company. Wouldn't recommend this joke of a company to anyone!!!
