I wanted a backup key. The Minute Key unit promised I would get an accurate usable key. I inserted $3 and my current key - the device “chose” a key blank that wasn’t even close to my key. There was no (apparent) opportunity to even compare the blank selected by the machine to my own key, and there was no option to cancel the key. $3 wasted, worthless “key turd” in return. Actually, out of the 7 keys I got made, 1 of them does not work. It appears the teeth are messed up. How do I get a replacement? Other than that, it was fast and easy.
