I purchased 4 keys and got 1 free and I decided to pay an extra $3 for smooth edges. Welp that was a waste of money and the free key cost $3. The edges were absolutely not smooth in fact I had to take off some extra hanging metal. Keys work fine but don’t pay the extra $3. It doesn’t make a difference.

These keys I had made the machine selected the wrong key and all of my keys were shorter than the originals and they were useless. I paid for 8 keys that I couldn't even use. The machine also didn't print me out a receipt. Not happy, and a waste of my money
Don’t except to get the key you paid for. Might as well get the more inexpensive brass options. I Emailed Customer service they issued a refund took a few days to get a response by I did get my money back.
