Anyone living in South Florida knows how important AAC is especially in the middle of August. My AC went out last night and call Mintz, left a message and they had someone out the next day around noon. The service guy they sent out, Kevin, immediately diagnosed a bad condenser, replaced it, and the unit started working again right away and started cooling down my house.
