I booked Minty Fresh Cleaning over a month in advance for a move-out clean. I was told Memorial Day was too busy, but they offered the following day with an arrival window of 3–4 p.m. and said it might take 3–6 hours depending on staff availability. On the day of cleaning, I heard nothing, so I called the owner, Nadia. She then informed me cleaners wouldn’t arrive until 6:30 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., she called again saying her employee had just broken her foot and she had to take her to emergency. Booked a move out cleaning with Nadia - they did an amazing (and fast!) job, got my whole deposit back, absolutely worth the $$ to me. She was also prompt at replying to emails and answered all my questions along the way.
Nadia and her team were able to help us out at the last minute and did a fantastic job! I’ll definitely call Minty Fresh Cleaning in the future and highly recommend them to anyone for their cleaning needs.
