I am posting this as a public warning and will also be filing a formal complaint. Had a terrible experience. Four cars were towed at once from our apartment even though a sign said 2 hours of parking was allowed. The signs were tiny and impossible to read from inside a car, especially at night. On top of that, the woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. No empathy, no explanation — just attitude.
