What concerns me the most is safety. I have visible metal braces, and after contacting the DEKA Onda company directly, I was informed that the treatment is not safe for clients with braces due to the risk of burns. This was never mentioned by the owner nor the beauty therapist, and I was not advised against proceeding. My experience left me questioning both the transparency and safety standards of this clinic.
