Best pancakes I have had in a long time-the cinnamon roll taste was amazing. Max was a fantastic server and very attentive. Can’t wait to eat here again!

My favorite downtown days include a trip to Mintons for a buffalo chicken grilled cheese! Everything I’ve tried on the menu (which updates occasionally with even more delicious, seasonal options) has been immaculately flavorful and hearty. This place makes me feel like a kid at a family gathering; everything smells and tastes amazing and you know you won’t leave hungry, and the staff is always so friendly. Mintons is easily in my top three restaurants in Lexington, if you haven’t been you must!
Minton’s was awesome for brunch! I asked the bartender for her recommendation from the menu and a waiter standing next to us. She went with the Huevos Rancheros and he committed real hard to the tropical French toast. Both were outstanding! My wife’s sweet potato hash was spectacular as well.
