Went to purchase a home found one did credit app had hard pull done then never heard from he person again .we called left voice mails and sent texts .never called back .This is not the way to do business .Heard bad reviews on this opera but we went and I can see why we heard not back from our salesperson.
Horrible customer service. Because of TIM CLARK, this business missed out on two potential sales. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will not return here and will tell everyone I can.
Bought our home on the 10th of November. No one has been to our property to check lot or anything else. We have a pad, Electricity, sewage and water ready to go. Everyone tells us a different story on time line for delivery. It rained last Tuesday. And employee go sick last week.
We purchased a home from Minton nine years ago, and it's still going strong. This group of people were absolutely wonderful to work with. They answered any and all questions we had and were willing to go the extra mile for anything we may have needed. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process when making such a large purchase.
